MEET THE TEAM

  • MEDICAL DIRECTOR | CO-FOUNDER

    Dr. Greg Sheehan is a native to Upstate NY and moved back to the area in 2020 to start a family with his wife, Amy. They have been blessed with two amazing children - Mason and Callie - and find that their best times are spent together in the outdoors. They love boating and swimming in the lakes around the Adirondacks and find joy in all the little things life has to offer.

    Dr. Sheehan did his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and attended The Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University for medical school. Dr. Sheehan specialized in Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine back at Dartmouth and has worked in Maine and Massachusetts before returning to upstate NY. Dr. Sheehan excels at ultrasound-guided interventional pain procedures and injections and has extrapolated his 10+ years of experience to the world of neuromodulators and aesthetics. Dr. Sheehan takes pride in listening to patients and meeting their specific needs in a professional, but kind and personalized manner.

  • AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR | CO-FOUNDER

    Laura was born and raised in Queensbury and returned to the area in 2019 to start a family in her beloved hometown. She graduated from Villanova University with her BSN in 2013. Laura worked in the Surgical & Neuro ICU at Albany Med for 7 years and spent a year as a med-evac Flight Nurse with Airmethods LifeNet of NY. After moving back to Queensbury in 2019, Laura worked for 4 years in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Glens Falls Hospital, specializing in regional anesthesia and acute pain management. Laura brings her strong critical-care and procedural background into her role of Aesthetic Nurse Injector. She looks forward to helping patients meet their goals - inside and out.

    Away from medspa, you can find Laura spending time with her husband and young son, working in the garden, cheering at a hockey game, forcefully snuggling her cats, traveling the world, or binging trashy reality TV.

  • AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

    Cheryl is Family Nurse Practitioner currently working in Primary Care. She did her undergraduate education at San Diego State University and obtained her MSN from Russell Sage College in 2017. Prior to becoming an FNP, she worked as an ICU nurse at GFH for 25 years. Born and raised in California, Cheryl has always enjoyed being active outdoors. Long distance running is her passion and she has competed in several marathons and many triathlons over the years. More recently, she has become a grandmother of 4 beautiful grandchildren. Spending time with them is the highlight of her week.

    Her ambition in the field of aesthetics is to help her patients become the best version of themselves.

  • B. COUTURE SKIN | LICENCED ESTHETICIAN & LASER TECHNICIAN

    Brittney started her career as a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician in 2007. She specializes in medical-grade customized facials, pigmentary concerns, acne treatment, and tailored laser treatments to help her patients achieve their ultimate skin goals. Her passion is result driven skin care and patient education. She is a Glens Falls native, but has practiced at some of the most prestigious luxury resort spas, medical spas, and plastic surgery offices throughout the country. She is thrilled that B. Couture Skin is a part of the Elevation Medical Aesthetics team. During her time-off, Brittney loves adventuring with her son, traveling the world, spoiling her hound dogs, and spending time with family.

  • PATIENT COORDINATOR | IV HYDRATION SPECIALIST

    Amber is a Hudson Falls native and returned back to the area after graduating from Morrisville State College with her BSN in 2011. Amber has vast experience in many areas of nursing, but found her passion in care of the surgical patient. She worked in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Glens Falls Hospital with a focus in regional anesthesia and acute pain management. Amber most recently worked in surgical admissions specializing in IV insertions, blood draws, and preparing her patients for pre- and post- surgical expectations. 

    Amber has always been passionate about the beauty industry - loving everything makeup, hair, and nails. At Elevation, Amber is able to mesh both of her passions, nursing and beauty. When not at Elevation, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Amber is a self-claimed crazy cat lady, loves a good glass of wine, and is always planning her next trip to Disney.

  • AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR

    Amy is a Registered Nurse who brings over ten years of procedural nursing experience to Elevation. Amy grew up nearby in Vermont and has specialized in perioperative and procedural nursing at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.  Her background in emergency medicine and surgery lends itself well to the procedures performed at Elevation. 

    Amy moved to upstate NY with her husband Greg in 2020 to be closer to family. She has fallen in love with the Adirondacks and everything this community has to offer her growing family. Amy’s young children, Mason and Callie, are at the center of her world and one of her greatest passions is being a Mom.

    Amy simply loves helping people feel good about themselves and Aesthetic Medicine has allowed this passion to flourish.  Amy recognizes that beauty means different things to different people because we are all on our own unique journey. You will find that Amy is very compassionate and takes her time to teach and educate. She takes pride in her work and wants to empower each and every patient to feel confident.
